The Full Story
The qulture journey
I have always harbored a deep desire to step into the world of consulting. After spending years as both a consumer and a dedicated professional in the corporate landscape, I couldn't help but notice the untapped potential within Black-owned businesses. I saw gaps in their service levels and opportunities for refining their branding and marketing strategies. These observations ignited a passion to empower them; to help them become not just stronger, but exceptional enterprises.

My journey into consulting took a unique path. I yield a 20-year career in all facets of customer relationship management, supply chain, logistics, project management, manufacturing, and diversity, equity, & inclusion (DE&I). For the past few years, I had the privilege of working in the agricultural sector in sales, marketing, operations, and project management, while also leading a corporate diversity group. It was during this time that a remarkable opportunity presented itself - the chance to organize a significant event featuring Black farmers. This event, along with the stories and experiences shared by these resilient individuals, became the catalyst for my journey into consulting.

Now, our mission is clear. We are committed to supporting and uplifting all businesses, with a particular focus on black-owned enterprises. Recognizing the historical challenges and injustices faced by Black communities, especially in the realm of business and land ownership, supporting Black farmers is the vital cornerstone of our work.

Today, we embark on a remarkable journey, poised to make a meaningful impact. This is just the beginning, a moment filled with immense opportunities for growth and scalability, particularly for underrepresented farmers.

Welcome to The Qulture Consultancy, where we empower excellence and create pathways to success for businesses in all industries, of all backgrounds. Together, we will shape a brighter future for your organization... for the world we all share.
